A: Yes you can, as they have tried to kill you you do have permission to shoot back. However, if they kill you, you cannot kill them.

A: Yes, you are allowed to apply for cop more than once, but only if applications are open.

Q: If someone kills someone and has the common excuse "I was defending myself", do you cuff them or leave them alone?

A: It all depends on how much crime they have.

A: Yes a cop may. It is important to try and save the victim.
